Philippe Ballesio and his wife Rosalie Lai Ballesio are scammers, they are related with the website "btcmt4".
They ensure you that they will help you to recovery the money that was stolen, but first, they asks you a payment for 2.000€. They use a gmail (plakumust) to communicate with the clients, and then, after they get what they want, they desappear and stop answer the emails.
We need to alert the finance community, or the people, about this persons.
