The Criminal Code includes other behaviors that will be punishable by imprisonment from 1 to 4 years. Some of them are very common nowadays. Think, for example, who tries to sell a home that does not belong to him or weighs a mortgage that hides the buyer. Or the one that sells the same floor to different buyers.
That is why, so far analyzed, so the scams are often related to contracts (real estate purchases, vehicles, etc ...) that are breached, in which one of the contracting parties tries to deceive the other or take advantage of he with the purpose of obtaining a greater benefit than he manifests, or even without offering any counterpart to the other contracting party.
